Gledhill's most recent album, released on January 25, 2019. The album was mixed by Justin Gerrish ( The Strokes, John Mayer, Vampire Weekend) and mastered by Joe LaPorta. It features Nashville-based studio musicians including the Love Sponge Strings ( The Fray, Jason Mraz, Ben Folds) and Mindy's frequent guitarist, Joe Corcoran. Her fourth album, Pocketful of Poetry, produced by Cason Cooley in Nashville, was released on September 11, 2013. In December 2012, she toured Japan in support of the album's release there. In support of the album, she toured the west coast supported at select dates by the Teton Chamber Orchestra. The album pre-sold more than 4,500 hard copies through local outlets in the USA alone and was later released via a limited release in Japan. It was also produced and engineered by Stuart Brawley. Winter Moon, a Christmas compilation album featuring two original tracks, was released on October 16, 2011.
Gledhill performed at Monaco Film Festival 2009, Sundance Film Festival 2010. Music videos for "Anchor" and "Whole Wide World" have both amassed more than 1 million views on YouTube. Seven other tracks also charted on the S. 7 on the South Korea ( GAON) music chart. 1 on the Korean streaming service Bugs Music. The album featured several favorably received pop/folk rock tracks and led to Gledhill's invitation to the Durango Songwriters Expo 2011. In addition to performing solo Mindy also appears with her brother-in-law, Dustin Gledhill, as Hive Riot. She is recognized for her albums Feather in the Wind (2007), Anchor (2010), and Pocketful of Poetry (2013).
All of her subsequent albums have been released through her own Blue Morph label. However, she soon dropped her label in pursuit of a more indie sound, citing her desire to not be contained by a single musical category.
Gledhill released her debut album The Sum of All Grace in the beginning of 2004 on Lumen Records. In January 2014, she was the featured cover story in its sister publication, Utah Valley Magazine. In 2012, Gledhill was included in a list of "Utah Valley's 40 Under 40" in Utah Valley Business Quarterly (she was 31 at the time). Her music has developed a strong online audience amongst bloggers and YouTube channels. She studied music at Brigham Young University. Gledhill spent most of her youth in Eureka, California.
